On 19 July 2026 we began trading under a new name. FindNew.com.au better reflects what we do: helping Melburnians find carefully selected new property, and helping owners earn from it.

What has changed

The name, the logo and the look of this website. That's it.

What hasn't

• The same team, at 220 Spencer Street, Melbourne
• The same licence (096144L) and REIV membership
• Existing agreements continue unchanged. Nothing to re-sign
• Short-stay management stays at a 10% flat fee, $0 onboarding, no lock-in
